Created to celebrate the opening of The Cambridge Distillery Co. at 92 Alpha Street, this is a gin made for evenings.
Juniper, star anise, orange and myrrh gum come together in a smooth and seductive combination, then the gin is rested for 30 days to allow the flavours to settle and develop.
The result is rich, aromatic and quietly intriguing.
Enjoy it with a crisp tonic, or use it as the starting point for an evening cocktail.
