We have always believed that gin does not have to live only beside tonic.
Duck Duck Gin started with a challenge. Could we make a gin specifically designed to work with a dish of duck, honey, plum and five spice?
The answer was a gin built around juniper, orange, cubeb, Szechwan pepper, star anise, cassia and a few other ingredients we are keeping to ourselves.
Fresh and juniper forward, with warm Asian spices and a savoury edge, it is made to sit alongside food rather than simply wash it down.
