Knocknaveagh Cambridge Dry

A gin that could only come from Cambridge.

We wanted to make a gin that reminded us of our town. Not just a good gin, but one that carried something of Cambridge with it.

We use classic gin botanicals alongside grapefruit from Cambridge back gardens, chamomile from local fields and Douglas fir foraged from around Lake Te Koo Utu.

The result is fresh and balanced, with grapefruit and juniper up front, followed by soft chamomile, spice, pine and pepper.

Fresh enough for a G&T, but with enough character for a Martini or Negroni.
